• Challenge: Archiving and further processing incoming invoices and better findability of documents in general. Archiving outgoing documents from an IBM AS/400 environment and processing incoming invoices via a complex workflow.
• Solution: Use of ELOprofessional with workflow. This workflow contains components such as barcode recognition, depiction of a multi-level permissions hierarchy and a database link on the IBM AS/400 side.
