The ELOoffice support team stands ready to answer your questions and provide you with information concerning ELOoffice. Support voucher for a rapid solution

If you require support that exceeds the scope of your gratis support vouchers, you can order additional support services from us. For only EUR 39.80 (tax included) you can submit two additional technical support queries. To order your vouchers, simply fax us the order form below. Once we have received the EUR 39.80 payment from you, additional support will be available. Our bank details are as follows: account no. 2674379, BLZ (bank sort code) 60050101, bank name LBBW.

Please note the following:

• An invoice will be issued for your support voucher and your support calls will be activated only after we have received the aforementioned payment.
• In the purpose field of the transfer form, please indicate your customer number and serial number so that we can assign your payment to the correct product.

• The operating system and version you are currently using
• The version of ELOoffice you are currently using, which you can find under "Help - about the program"
• A detailed description of the problem you are encountering; or a detailed query
• Include a screenshot of any error messages you have seen
