Mobile and flexible into the future of ECM
Stuttgart, 24 January 2012 - ELO Digital Office's participation at this year's CeBIT is characterized by mobile and flexible work methods in the field of enterprise content management (ECM). To this end ELO will be presenting at Stand F30 in Hall 3 a new app which has been custom-made for the Apple iPad. Visitors will be able to see for themselves how simply and efficiently important documents and business processes can be managed on the portable tablet. The Stuttgart ECM producer will also be presenting the Lotus Notes Edition of its DMS Desktop package for Microsoft Office. In addition it will be shown how you can create—with just a few mouse clicks—custom solutions for contract or meeting management. Everyone who is interested is warmly invited to live demonstrations of these innovations at the stand.
Open doors for graduates with an entrepreneurial spirit
Stuttgart, 24 October 2011 - ELO Digital Office will be participating in the second Night of the Companies on November 30 in Stuttgart. University graduates and students on this evening will have the opportunity to get to know potential employers from the Stuttgart region. The goal of the event is to find well-qualified professionals in the region. The "Haus der Wirtschaft" (House of Industry) is providing a platform for all participating companies to present themselves. Directly following the event, job hunters will be able to get a first-hand impression of their preferred companies. Shuttle busses will provide transportation to and from the locations. For this very reason, ELO will be open to all interested visitors until 9:30 p.m.
Tandberg Data is ELO's new technology partner
Stuttgart, 4 October 2011 - In September 2011 ELO Digital Office entered into a strategic partnership with Tandberg Data. This expands the network of top-class technology partners enjoyed by the Stuttgart-based producer of software for both document management (DMS) and content management (CMS). The goal is an even more intensive cooperation with the provider of data-security solutions. ELO already certified Tandberg's backup products RDX and RDX WORM back in July. The first events together are planned for the fall.

ELO supplies Tyczka Totalgaz with ECM
Stuttgart, 31 March 2011 - Tyczka Totalgaz GmbH, one of the top addresses for a comprehensive energy supply, is putting its trust in ELO Digital Office. Earlier this year the decision was made to implement the Enterprise-Content-Management (ECM) software ELOenterprise. The software goes live in July 2011. The aim is the creation of a cross-site information management system. In the first step the handling of incoming invoices will be automated and therefore optimized. The next step is the reproduction of the entire contract management as well as the integration of Microsoft SharePoint Server, which is also being used. The decisive factor in the choice of the ELO ECM software was its high flexibility and usability.
Experience 'ELO ECM 2011' live at the CeBIT
Stuttgart, 25 January 2011 - On March 1-5 at the CeBIT, ELO Digital Office will be exhibiting the new '2011' versions of its enterprise-content-management (ECM) suites. With a newly designed user interface based upon the Microsoft ribbon technology, both ELOprofessional (the software for mid-sized companies) as well as ELOenterprise (the system for corporate clients) will be showcased at Stand F30 in Hall 3. An additional focus was a higher degree of integration in the Microsoft Office Suite. ELO has also integrated not only a form designer for workflows, but also the iSearch module as standard features. A top theme right now continues to be "mobility": In addition to the smartphone app for the Apple iPhone, ELO is now introducing its connectivity with the Apple iPad and RIM Blackberry. All who are interested are invited to see these new features demonstrated live at the stand.
